南京某超限建筑结构设计与分析

摘要 南京某会展中心项目是一栋建筑高度77.7m的超限复杂建筑,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续等超限项,简要介绍了工程概况、结构体系及布置,针对超限情况提出了性能目标及分析设计措施。采用YJK,ETABS两种软件进行整体结构的反应谱分析、弹性时程分析,对关键构件进行了承载力验算,最后采用YJK进行罕遇地震下静力弹塑性分析。计算结果表明,此结构方案具有较高的承载能力和延性,各项计算结果符合预期性能目标及规范要求,可为类似工程的设计提供参考。 A convention and Exhibition Center Project in Nanjing is a complex building with a height of 77.7m,which is out of limit.There are some out of limit items such as torsion irregularity and local discontinuity of floor slab.This paper briefly introduces the project overview,structural system and layout,and puts forward the performance objectives and analysis and design measures for the out of limit situation.YJK and ETABS are used to analyze the response spectrum and elastic time history of the whole structure.The bearing capacity of the key components is checked.Finally,YJK is used to carry out the static elastoplastic analysis under the rare earthquake.The calculation results show that the structural scheme has high bearing capacity and ductility,and the calculation results meet the expected performance objectives and specifications.It can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
