摘要
研究施工单位进行索赔管理的全过程,包括从索赔问题分析到最后索赔成功,给出具体的实例来展现索赔管理实施过程,证明索赔管理能给施工单位带来经济效益,为类似工程提供借鉴。
This paper studies the whole process of claim management of construction company,including from the analysis of claim problem to the success of claim finally.At the same time,a specific example is given to show the implementation process of claim management,which proves that claim management can bring economic benefits to the construction unit,which provide reference for similar projects.
