随着我国社会经济不断发展,人口基数不断增大,人们生活水平不断提高。为满足人们生活需求,我国城市建筑向大型超高层城市综合体方向发展。建设大型超高层城市综合体不仅能提高城市土地资源利用率,还能丰富社会经济产业体系,进一步加快我国经济发展。但是在大型超高层城市综合体施工过程中存在较多问题,为有效提升施工质量,应加强项目施工管理。

With the continuous development of China’s society and economy,the population base continues to increase,and people’s living standards continue to improve.In order to meet people’s living needs,China’s urban buildings are developing towards large super high-rise urban complexes.The construction of large super high-rise urban complex can not only improve the utilization rate of urban land resources,but also enrich the social economic industrial system and further accelerate China’s economic development.However,there are many problems in the construction process of large super high-rise urban complexes.In order to effectively improve the construction quality,project construction management should be strengthened.
