摘要
钢混组合结构结合了钢结构与混凝土结构的优点,能满足大空间大跨度和外立面复杂造型的要求,具有良好的防火性能。钢材与混凝土的刚度、强度等物理参数相差较大,对于外界荷载、环境的反应不同,导致2种结构交接部位处理困难,易产生反应裂缝,屋面等具有防水要求部位渗漏风险极大。基于此,研究并优化其施工工艺,得到钢混结构屋面一体化施工措施,增强屋面整体性,解决钢混结构屋面渗漏问题,为类似工程提供借鉴。
The steel-concrete combination structure combines the advantages of steel and concrete structures,can meet the requirements of large spaces,large spans and complex fa?ades,and has good fire resistance.The physical parameters such as the stiffness and strength of steel and concrete are quite different,and the response to external loads and the environment is different,which results in the difficulty in handling the interface between the two structures,and it is easy to produce reaction cracks.Based on this,research and optimize its construction technology,obtain integrated construction measures for steel-concrete structure roof,enhance the integrity of the roof,solve the problem of steel-concrete structure roof leakage,and provide reference for similar projects.
