摘要 随着科技的进步及生活需求的提升,建筑结构中部分集成功能较多的房间被拆分为单一功能房间,同时对于隔声、温度、感官等舒适性条件的不断提高,使得建筑设计愈发复杂,管线种类更加繁多,在有限空间内的机电安装工程技术标准和施工难度也不断提高。基于此,利用BIM技术的优势,对机电工程的设计与安装加以把控,进行深化设计、碰撞检测及辅助出具施工图,得到较好的效果。 Nowadays,with the advancement of technology and the improvement of living needs,some of the rooms with more integrated functions in the building structure are split into single function rooms.At the same time,the continuous improvement of comfort conditions such as sound insulation,temperature,and senses makes architectural design more and more complicated,more and more types of pipelines,technical standards and construction difficulties of mechanical and electrical installation engineering in a limited space are constantly increasing.Based on this,the advantages of BIM technology are used to control the design and installation of electromechanical engineering,to carry out deepening design,collision detection,and to assist in the issuance of construction drawings,good results have been obtained.
