摘要
在当下转型升级经济发展过程中,城市中心区稀缺的土地,昂贵的地价,复合功能超高层综合体是城市发展的一种重要模式;特别在城市更新单元建筑设计实践中,建筑用地偏小、复合多项需求、重塑区域形象等诸多限制与诉求交织;对项目的开发与设计而言,存在更多挑战。通过在华润深南一号的建筑设计实践,从规划布局、功能组织、建筑造型3个方面阐述对局促用地情况下复合功能超高层建筑设计的理解。
In the current economic development process of transformation and upgrading,the scarce land and expensive land price in the urban center,the complex functional super high-rise complex is an important mode of urban development.Especially in the architectural design practice of urban renewal unit,many restrictions and demands such as small building land,complex multiple demands and regional image reconstruction are intermingled.For the development and design of the project,there are more challenges.Through the architectural design practice of No.1 in Shennan district of China resources,this paper expounds the understanding of the design of super high-rise buildings with complex functions under the condition of limited land use from three aspects:planning layout,functional organization and architectural modeling.
