摘要
结合新建连云港至徐州铁路正线Ⅱ标的东海特大桥和Ⅳ标的大许特大桥预制装配项目,针对BIM技术在高速铁路预制装配连续梁中的应用进行研究,采用BIM三维参数化精细建模技术,进行复杂节点碰撞分析;利用三维模型布设规划预制梁场,通过虚拟仿真的方式对预制梁场的生产流水线进行动态优化,提供了经济可行、技术合理的最优方案,实现了信息化建设和精细化管理,解决了预制装配连续梁工程工期紧、工艺复杂、生产流水线动态管理等问题。
Combining with the prefabricated assembly project of Donghai Bridge and Daxu Bridge of the new LianyungangXuzhou Railway Main LineⅡandⅣ,this paper research the application of BIM technology in the prefabricated continuous beam of high-speed railway,uses BIM three-dimensional parameterized fine modeling technology to carry out collision analysis of complex joints,uses three-dimensional model to lay out planning prefabricated beam yard,and uses virtual simulation method to carry out collision analysis of complex joints.The production line of prefabricated beam yard is optimized dynamically,which provides an economical and feasible optimal scheme with reasonable technology,realizes information construction and fine management,and solves the problems of tight construction period,complex technology and dynamic management of production line of prefabricated continuous beam.
