旧沥青路面再生剂的研究

Study on Recycled Agent of Old Asphalt Pavement

对再生剂的用途和种类做了简单的概述,对比了蓖麻油、芳烃油、专用再生剂的再生效果,数据表明,专用沥青再生剂的再生效果较单一再生物质好。合理利用生物再生剂,如蓖麻油,将会使再生剂更环保,在很大程度上推动旧沥青路面再生技术在我国的发展、应用与成熟。最后,对再生剂的添加量做了相应的数据分析,当再生剂添加量在15%左右时,再生沥青混合料的路用性能达到最佳。

This paper gives a brief overview of the use and types of recycling agent,and compares the recycling effect of castor oil,aromatic oil and special recycling agent.The data shows that the recycling effect of special asphalt recycling agent is better than that of single recycling material.However,the rational use of biological regenerants,such as castor oil,will make the regenerants more environmentally friendly,to a large extent,can promote the development,application and maturity of the old asphalt pavement regeneration technology in China.Finally,the paper analyzes the data of the amount of regenerant.When the amount of regenerant is about 15%,the performance of recycled asphalt mixture is the best.
