摘要
高速公路路面早期破坏是目前国内高速公路建设中较为常见的质量通病,常常造成高速公路在建成通车后不久即出现路面早期破坏现象;造成沥青混凝土面层早期破坏的原因很复杂,往往是多种因素叠加的结果,除沥青混凝土本身所存在的质量缺陷外,水泥稳定基层早期破坏并反射至面层也是重要原因之一。从试验检测及现场施工控制角度出发,对现行水泥稳定碎石混合料的室内试验方法及现场检测所存在的不足进行了剖析,并针对这些不足提出解决方案,希望能为基层质量控制提供一些有益的借鉴。
Early damage to expressway pavement is a common quality problem in current domestic expressway construction.It often causes early damage to pavement soon after it is opened to traffic;the causes of early damage to asphalt concrete surface are very complex and often multiple.As a result of the superposition of factors,in addition to the quality defects of the asphalt concrete itself,the early failure of the cement stabilized base course and reflection to the surface course is also one of the important reasons.In this paper,from the perspective of test detection and on-site construction control,this paper analyzes the existing laboratory test methods of on-site cement stabilized macadam mixtures and the shortcomings of on-site testing,and proposes solutions to these shortcomings,hoping to provide some benefits for grassroots quality control.
