摘要 我国高速铁路桥梁以预制架设的后张法预应力混凝土简支箱梁为主,实践证明桥梁建造技术成熟可靠,能够较好适应我国高速铁路的建设特点及运营模式,但是目前混凝土32 m简支箱梁已不能满足高速铁路发展的需要。40 m简支箱梁的首次工程化应用,从箱梁的结构尺寸,经济对比,箱梁预制关键技术,箱梁架设等方面着手,详细介绍了各工序流程的施工注意事项,包括大型设备的使用,为40 m箱梁的推广应用提供有利的施工经验。 China’s high-speed railway bridges are mainly prefabricated post-tensioned prestressed concrete simply supported box girder.Practice has proven that the bridge construction technology is mature and reliable,and it can better adapt to the construction characteristics and operating modes of China’s high-speed railway.The main box girder is 32 m,which can not meet the needs of high-speed railway development.The first engineering application of a 40 m simply-supported box girder,starting from the structural dimensions of the box girder,economic comparison,key technologies for prefabricating the box girder,and erection of the box girder,introduced construction considerations for each process in detail,including the use of large equipment.Provide beneficial construction experience for the promotion and application of 40 m box girder in the future.
