摘要
深圳某综合楼为地下2层、地上7~8层钢筋混凝土框架高层建筑,结构总高度31.05 m,为平面和竖向均不规则的复杂高层建筑。根据相关规范进行结构超限情况判别,介绍了针对超限项次采取的加强措施,并基于性能化设计目标,进行了结构整体弹性分析、线弹性时程分析以及动力弹塑性分析,针对转换桁架及楼板进行了专项内力分析,计算结果表明各项性能指标均符合相关规范的要求。
A complex building in Shenzhen was a 31.05 m height high-rise building with two floors underground and seven to eight floors above the ground.It was a complex structure with irregularities in horizontal and vertical directions.According to the relevant specifications,the structural overrun was judged and the strengthening measures for overrun items were introduced in this paper.Based on the performance-based design objective,the overall elastic analysis,linear elastic time history analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of the structure was analyzed,and special internal force analysis for the transfer truss and the floor slab was carried out.The calculation results showed that all performance indexes meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
