摘要
以衢州中心医院项目超大面积混凝土工程为例,研究地下室递推流水施工技术。通过优化配合比,提高混凝土抗拉强度,以抵抗混凝土收缩力,解决超大面积混凝土的裂缝技术难题,采用跳仓法施工,通过递推流水施工技术分仓浇筑,实现提前释放温度的效果,缓解干燥收缩变形引起的约束应力,可有效控制混凝土收缩开裂,实现216.7 m混凝土结构递推施工。
Taking the super-large area concrete project of the Luzhou Central Hospital project as an example,the recurring flow construction technology in the basement is studied.By optimizing the mix ratio,increasing the tensile strength of the concrete to resist the shrinkage force of the concrete,and solving the technical problems of cracks in the ultra-large area of concrete,the construction method is implemented by jumping the warehouse method,and it is poured by the recursive flow construction technology to achieve the effect of releasing the temperature in advance,alleviating the restraint stress caused by drying shrinkage deformation can effectively control the shrinkage and cracking of concrete,and realize the repetitive construction of 216.7 m concrete structure.
