建筑垃圾作为路基回填料的施工工艺与控制要点研究

Study on Construction Technology and Control Points of Construction Waste as Subgrade Backfill

依托济南新东站开源路综合管廊施工道路工程,通过文献查找以及现场施工情况,介绍了建筑垃圾作为路基回填料的施工方法及工艺。通过现场情况以及文献查阅,研究了建筑垃圾作为路基回填料的准备工作,总结了其作为回填料的监测项目以及项目要求。根据现场实际情况以及调查分析,确定了现场试验的需要参数,总结了建筑垃圾作为回填料的施工工艺为:材料运输、摊铺整平、补水晾晒、分层碾压、洒水并铺设土工织物,为以后的相似工程提供了经验。基于工程实际,总结了5条建筑垃圾作为路基回填料的控制要点,保证工程顺利进行。

Based on the road construction project of Jinan Xindong Station Pipeline,this paper introduces the construction method and process of construction waste as subgrade backfill by literature search and on-site construction.The following conclusions are drawn.Through on-site situation and literature review.The preparation work of building waste as subgrade backfill was studied,and its monitoring project as a backfill and project requirements were summarized.According to the actual situation of the site,as well as the investigation and analysis,the required parameters of the field test were determined.The construction process of the construction waste as the backfill was summarized as follows:material transportation,paving and leveling,hydrating and drying,layered rolling,sprinkling laying geotextiles provides experience for similar projects in the future.Based on the actual project,five construction wastes were summarized as the control points of the subgrade backfill to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
