装配式建筑混凝土构件生产成本分析与控制

通过对装配式建筑构件生产成本分析与控制,基于前人研究的基础,并结合理论分析,主要得出以下结论。(1影响该生产成本的最主要因素为PC构件的生产及安装。(2)通过对构件在生产的各个阶段中生产成本所存在的问题及原因分析,得知构件现场制作阶段成本浪费最为关键。(3)通过对构件生产阶段的成本分析,采取相应的成本控制措施,不仅降低装配式建筑混凝土构件的成本,同时也为装配式建筑的发展提供理论依据。

This project analyzes and controls the production cost of fabricated building components,based on previous research and theoretical analysis.The conclusions are as follows.(1)The most important factor affecting the production cost is the production and installation of PC components.(2)By analyzing the problems and causes of the production costs of the components in each stage of production,the components are known.The cost of waste in the field production stage is the most critical.(3)Through the cost analysis of the production stage of the component,the corresponding cost control measures are adopted,which not only reduces the cost of the prefabricated building concrete component,but also provides the basis for the development of the fabricated building component.
