摘要
PHC静压管桩由于施工速度快、不排土、施工对环境污染小、单方混凝土发挥承载力高,近十余年来在西安及其黄土地区广泛应用。但由于黄土地区桩周土存在多层钙质结核富集板结层或砂夹层,沉桩不易到位,大面积群桩常常发生管桩上浮影响等诸多质量问题,影响承载力。根据PHC静压管桩在黄土地区的应用状况和特点,结合工程实例,总结并研究了PHC管桩在黄土地区管桩应用中出现问题的原因,提出了在工程中解决问题的办法和措施,以期在工程使用中达到良好效果。
PHC static pressure pipe pile is widely used in Xi’an and its loess area in recent ten years because of its fast construction speed,no soil discharge,low environmental pollution and high bearing capacity of single concrete.However,due to the existence of multi-layer calcareous concretion or sand interlayer around the pile in the loess area,pile sinking is not easy to be in place.For largescale pile groups,there are often many quality problems,such as the impact of pile uplift,which affect the bearing capacity.According to the application status and characteristics of PHC static pressure pipe pile in loess area,combined with engineering examples,this paper summarizes and studies the causes of the problems in the application of PHC pipe pile in loess area,puts forward the solutions and measures to solve the problems in the project,in order to achieve good results in the project.
