The completion of architecture is the comparison between the project's envisaged goals,standards,effects and the completion status.This paper takes the new project of Plot 34^(#)of Xiaozheng Chuchu as an example to illustrate that architects is the significant factor to ensure the high completion level of architecture by the control of architectural effect,the fine design of details,and the coordination and cooperation of various disciplines.
