The"On-hold House"is a one-story wooden structure residence built on the shore of Lake Hamana. The foundation doesn't use any concrete, relying solely on 1−2 ton of stones borrowed from a nearby golf practice field. The walls are composed of processed timber, each measuring 105mm×300mm in cross-section,simply placed upon the foundation stones.we might consider the materials constituting the house and the ground upon which it stands as borrowed items, viewing these grounds and building materials as the ultimate commons of the Earth, rather than the property of an individual.Alternatively, the entire process of borrowing, gathering, and utilizing naturally nurtured materials to construct and temporarily inhabit a house, build a garden, and then dismantle, separate, and return can be called"home".
