千鸟文化

Chidori Bunka

“千鸟文化住宅”位于大阪市住之江区北加贺屋,经过改造成为了一个小规模的文化复合设施。20世纪初北加贺屋造船业繁荣,但随后由于无法适应世界物流形式变化带来的船只规模的大型化,在1989年土地被归还给了所有者千岛土地株式会社(Chishima Real Estate Co.,Ltd.),造船厂的船坞、起重机等还被留在原地。由于产业结构的转变,劳动力人口剧减,导致空洞化进一步发展。随后,2009年土地所有者主导的北加贺创意村构想立项,开始积极吸引创作者,展开社区营造Machidzukuri。

The"Chidori Bunka",situated in Kitakagaya,Suminoe-ku,Osaka City,has been transformed into a compact cultural complex.Kitakagaya,thriving in the early 20th century due to its shipbuilding industry,struggled to adapt to the changing global shipping trends and the growing size of ships.This led to the land's return to Chishima Real Estate Co.,Ltd.in 1989,with the shipyard's dock and cranes remaining intact.The shiftin industrial structure caused a significant decrease in the labor force,leading to further urban hollowing.In response,the landowner spearheaded the Kitakagaya Creative Village project in 2009,aimed at attracting creators and fostering community development(Machi-dzukuri).
