摘要
这是在东京都品川区武藏小山拱廊街上朝向Palm商店街的商业建筑的重建项目。该项目作为商业设施在经济上取得了成功,为街区振兴做出了贡献,实现了土壤、水和空气的良性循环。我们追求实现这种能成为环境再生的“基石”的建筑。首先,我们在西北方向建造了一栋面积约300坪(约1000m^(2))的2层建筑,平面形状接近正方形,南侧留出约2m的余地,二楼的墙壁向后退约3.5m,然后在外部安装了连接一、二层和屋顶的楼梯,形成一条可从拱廊街通往建筑后面街道的立体通道。
As a key project in Tokyo's Shinagawa ward Musashikoyama Arcade,facing Palm Shopping Street,this is a reconstruction project of a commercial building.The project as a commercial facility,has been economically successful,contributing to the revitalization of the neighborhood and achieving a virtuous cycle of soil,water,and air.we pursued the creation of a building that could become a"KEYSTONE"for environmental regeneration.
