Taking the research and development building of Dongguan Industrial Park of CAPOL,which is characterized by"independent investment,independent design,independent production,independent construction,and independent use",as an example,under the EPC mode led by the design,the BIM digital project management and prefabricated industrialization concepts are fully applied to the green building practice throughout the entire life cycle.
