在后工业时代,为了延续传统的工业文明并赋予旧工业建筑新的生命力,对其进行改造再利用已成为城市更新进程中的重要组成部分。从结构表现出发,对旧工业建筑的结构体系进行研究分类,分析其改造的核心要素,总结旧工业建筑结构在技术性、艺术性、功能性、低碳性方面的相关改造策略。

In the post-industrial era,in order to continue the traditional industrial civilization and give new vitality to the old industrial buildings,the renovation and reuse of the old industrial buildings has become an important part of the urban renewal process.From the perspective of structural performance,this paper classifies the structural system of old industrial buildings,analyzes the core elements of its renovation,and summarizes the tranformation strategies for the technical,artistic,functional and low carbon performance of old industrial building structures.
