摘要
综合分析居住类地段城市更新项目“留、改、拆”的更新模式与功能多元化的更新内容,在此基础上围绕全生命周期与核算范围提出该类项目的碳排放特征,依据现行标准建立具有针对性的测算清单作为其应用的细分方向,并以小松涛巷城市更新项目为例,实测与模拟计算拆除阶段和建材生产与运输阶段的碳排放量。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the renewal mode of"retention,renovation,and demolition"in urban renewal projects in residential areas,and the renewal content of diversified functions.On this basis,the carbon emission characteristics of such projects are proposed around the whole life cycle and accounting scope,and a targeted measurement list is established according to the current standards as the subdivision direction of its application.Taking the urban renewal project of Xiaosongtao Lane as an example,the carbon emissions in the demolition stage and the production and transportation stage of building materials are measured and simulated.
