立体停车楼与城市空间复合化设计策略研究

Research on compound design strategy of three-dimensional parking building and urban space

在城市用地紧张的背景下,立体停车楼越来越重要。通过总结分析国内外立体停车楼案例,提出停车楼“与城市空间和谐共生”的设计策略。并以瑶海明光路立体停车楼为例,通过“激活城市社区活力、呼应城市历史文脉、改善环境、弹性可变”4个方面进行论述,为立体停车楼与城市空间和谐共生的复合化设计提供借鉴。

Under the background of the shortage of urban land,the three-dimensional parking building is becoming more and more important.By summarizing and analyzing the cases of parking buildings,this paper puts forward the design strategy of"harmonious coexistence with urban space"of parking buildings.Taking the case of parking building on Mingguang Road in Yaohai as an example,the discussion is carried out from four aspects,so as to provide a certain reference for the compound design of the parking building and urban space.
