From block texture to active courtyard:thoughts on the design of the Ejin Horo Banner No.9 Primary School

伊金霍洛旗第九小学设计方案希望延续城市街区肌理,打造具有寒地城市建筑风貌的整合性校园规划。建筑组群布局塑造的院落空间,犹如微型的社区组团,将儿童的成长、学习和生活囊括之中,开放性与私密性并存,秩序性和自由性兼容。最终实现以“环境造人”为核心理念的当下校园建筑设计理想。

The design of the Ejin Horo Banner No.9 Primary School is hoped to extend the block texture of the city and create an integrated campus design with architectural features in winter city.The courtyard space created by the layout of the architecture group play the role of mini-communities,covers the growth,learning and life of children,where openness and privacy coexist and order and freedom are both achieved.Finally,the current idea of architectural design for schools is realized with a focus on the environmental education.
