Green Building Design and Implementation: Practice of Huahui Research and Design Center

面对日益突出的环境问题,以华汇科研设计中心为例,从简约、共享和绿色三个方面,探讨绿色建筑设计与实现。通过建筑空间与布局、建筑材料、城市客厅、格子菜田、垂直绿化、太阳能建筑一体化技术、水源热泵空调技术、被动式窗墙系统等一系列实践应用,华汇科研设计中心实现了低成本可持续建筑的初级目标,获得中国绿色建筑运营三星级标识。

In the face of increasingly prominent environmental problems,this paper takes Huhui Research and Design Center as an example to discuss green building design and implementation from three aspects of simplicity,sharing and green.With architectural space layout,building materials,urban living room,Roof vegetable,vertical greening,Integrated solar building technology,water source heat pump air conditioning technology,passive window wall system and a series of practical application,Huahui research and design center has realized the goal of sustainable construction,low cost for China’s green building three-star identifier.
