渐进式校园建筑空间改造——以中国科学院大学中关村校园为例

Gradual Renovation of Architecture Spaces in Campus:Taking the Zhongguancun Campus of UCAS as an Example

中国科学院大学中关村校区是一座非典型的城市校园,由于其近年来发展迅速,而该地区用地紧张,校园空间扩建的可能性较小,故校园建筑空间重构、功能改造和品质提升等方面的需求逐年增加。基于上述背景,对中国科学院大学中关村校区的四个建筑空间改造项目进行分析梳理,探讨在权属关系和使用功能相对复杂的建筑空间中依据需求渐进式地实施改造的可能方法。

The Zhongguancun Campus of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(UCAS)is an untypical urban campus.Although the UCAS achieved grate development these years,the Zhongguancun campus has little chance to expand as the limited land usage of Zhongguancun areas.The reasonable alternative way is to rebuilt and renovate the campus architecture.According to this background,this paper takes four architecture renovation projects of UCAS for example,displays the whole gradual design process of those projects and presents the typical problems during each project going on,and discusses the basic ways of campus architecture renovation according to the complex requests and functions.
