摘要
通过为宁波诺丁汉大学制定长达15年的校园战略规划,对校园的功能和观感进行了升级,不仅还原了学校最初总体规划的指导原则,更增强了大学中英结合的文化特色。第一阶段构建了统一的建筑饰面和家具设计方案,第二阶段研究了可以改变学生学习体验的关键干预措施,最终设计开发了国际创新创业孵化园和图书馆两个21世纪的新型学习空间,以满足学生不断变化的需求和期望。
As the needs and expectations of students continue to change,learning providers must ensure they are providing a range of learning environments that are relevant to the 21 st century and beyond.Five years ago Broadway Malyan began working with The University of Nottingham Ningbo China(UNNC)to develop a new strategic vision for its campus that had evolved organically over 15 years.The first phase of the project established a uniform approach to architectural finishes and furniture while the second phase examined key interventions that could transform the student experience,culminating in the development of two new worldclass learning spaces:a new Innovation Incubator and central library.The result has been to upgrade the campus,both functionally and aesthetically,while reinstating the guiding principles of the original masterplan and reinforcing the university’s Sino/British identity.
