氢氧根体系离子色谱法检测饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸和草甘膦等11种物质

摘要 用离子色谱法,KOH流动相梯度洗脱,检测饮用水中氟化物、亚氯酸盐、溴酸盐、氯化物、二氯乙酸、亚硝酸盐、氯酸盐、硝酸盐、三氯乙酸、硫酸盐和草甘膦,各待测物质出峰相互无干扰,检出限分别为0.521、0.436、0.950、0.094、0.900、0.444、2.294、0.931、10.2、0.203和0.199 ppb,测定下限分别为2.1、1.7、3.8、0.4、3.6、1.8、9.2、3.7、40.8、0.8和0.8 ppb,精密度1.27%~3.81%,准确度83.1%~110.5%。 In the paper,fluoride,chlorite,bromate,chloride,dichloroacetic acid,nitrite,chlorate,nitrate,trichloroacetic acid,sulfate and glyphosate in drinking water are detected by ion chromatography with KOH mobile phase gradient elution.The peaks of the substances to be tested do not interfere with each other.The detection limits are 0.521,0.436,0.950,0.094,0.900,0.444,2.294,0.931,10.2,0.203,0.199ppb,The lower limit of determination is 2.1,1.7,3.8,0.4,3.6,1.8,9.2,3.7,40.8,0.8,0.8ppb respectively,the precision is 1.27%~3.81%,the accuracy is 83.1%~110.5%,which can be used for the detection of various items to be tested in drinking water and has certain practical value.
