南方某生物医药产业园集中废水处理厂工艺流程选择的思考

Consideration on process selection of centralized wastewater treatment plant in a biomedical industrial park in South China

通过对不同类型制药企业生产废水、典型废水处理技术的分析,结合南方某生物医药产业园集中废水处理厂废水处理技术选择的设计经验,分阶段(预处理、二级处理、深度处理)、分工艺(同种技术的不同工艺)分析优缺点,初步归纳适合废水集中收集的废水处理技术路线,建议园区企业建立针对性废水纳管标准,提出医药废水处理采用不同技术工艺组合的必要性,以期为医药园区集中废水处理厂工艺流程选择提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of production wastewater and typical wastewater treatment technologies of different types of pharmaceutical enterprises,combined with the design experience of wastewater treatment technology selection of a centralized wastewater treatment plant in a biomedical industrial park in the south,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages by stages(pretreatment、main treatment、advanced treatment)and processes(different processes of the same technology),and preliminarily summarizes the wastewater treatment technology route suitable for centralized wastewater collection,It is suggested that enterprises in the park should establish targeted wastewater receiving standards,and put forward the necessity of adopting different technological process combinations for the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater,in order to provide reference for the selection of technological process of centralized wastewater treatment plants in the pharmaceutical park.
