摘要
水平定向钻进施工是非开挖地下管线铺设技术的一种,主要应用于管线穿越河流、现状道路或管道埋深较大、开挖施工难度大的场合。以西安市秦汉新城东区压力污水管道工程为例,研究水平定向钻先导孔轨迹设计参数对于跨越长度的影响。研究表明,取消造斜直线段可最大程度减小跨越长度,此时的入土角只和曲线段曲率半径、管道覆土深度有关。
Horizontal directional drilling is a kind of trenchless underground pipeline laying technology,which is mainly used in situations where pipelines cross rivers,existing roads or pipelines are buried deeply causing excavation is difficult.This paper takes the project“Pressurized Sewage Pipeline Project in East Area of Qinhan New City Xi’an”as an example to study the influence of design parameters of pilot hole trajectory for horizontal directional drilling on the span length.The research shows that the elimination of the oblique straight section can reduce the crossing length as much as possible,and the buried angle is only related to the curvature radius of the curved section and the overburden depth of the pipe.
