基于Visual-MINTEQ的铁铝钙盐除磷模拟研究

摘要 磷元素是造成水体富营养化的主要元素之一,也被认为是不可再生资源,无论从环保排放要求还是资源回收角度,对外排污水磷酸盐含量都有严苛要求。基于Visual-MINTEQ软件,系统模拟了FeCl_(2)、FeCl_(3)、AlCl_(3)、CaCl_(2)4种常用的化学除磷剂在不同pH、加药量下的除磷效果,结果表明FeCl_(3)、AlCl_(3)在偏酸性条件、FeCl_(2)在近中偏碱性条件、CaCl_(2)在碱性条件下除磷效果最佳;在最适p H条件下CaCl_(2)除磷效率最高而FeCl_(2)去除率最低,不同磷酸盐初始浓度去除率存在差异,模拟研究结果与已有的试验研究结果比较相符,可快速系统的为化学除磷过程提供一定技术指导。 Phosphorus is one of the main elements causing eutrophication of water body,it is also considered as a non-renewable resource to some extent.Therefore,there are strict requirement on phosphate content in effluent from the perspective of environmental protection and resource recovery.Chemical phosphorus removal is a commonly used method.Based on this,Visual-MINTEQ software was used as a tool,briefly introducing the software simulation method,and the phosphorus removal effects of four commonly used chemical phosphorus removal agents,FeCl_(2)、FeCl_(3)、AlCl_(3)and CaCl_(2)at different pH and dosage were systematically simulated.The results showed that FeCl_(3)and AlCl_(3)had the best phosphorus removal effect under acidic conditions,FeCl_(2)under near neutral conditions,and CaCl_(2)under alkaline conditions.Under the optimum pH conditions,the removal efficiency of CaCl_(2)was the highest,while that of FeCl_(2)was the lowest.The removal rates of different initial phosphate concentrations were different.The simulation results provided certain technical guidance for the chemical phosphorus removal process.
