摘要
基于排水管网信息化建设的现存问题,对管网摸排、检测、建设、运维的全过程信息化系统构建进行了研究及探讨。系统由5项核心技术整合而成,包括:既有管网基础信息高效采集技术、管道探测及缺陷智能分析技术、建设监管信息化构建技术、管网实时监测及异常报警系统和管网智能决策系统,并以地理信息系统(GIS)为底座进行融合,搭建信息化系统平台,可实现宏观统计、统筹考虑,有利于管理者分析、判定及决策,可用于管网雨污混接改造、管道修复和农村污水治理等应用场景,从而达到提升工程建设质量,提高运维管理效率的目标。
Based on the existing problems in the information construction of drainage network,this paper studies and discusses the construction of the whole process information system of pipe network tracking,testing,construction,operation and maintenance.The system is integrated by five core technologies,including both the pipe network based on efficient information acquisition technology,pipeline defects detection and intelligent analysis technology,the informatization construction technology,construction supervision network real-time monitoring and abnormal alarm systems and networks intelligent decision-making system,and take the geographic information system(GIS)as a base for fusion,set up information system platform,which can realize the macro statistics,overall consideration.It is conducive to managers'analysis,judgment and decision-making,and can be used in the application scenarios of pipe network rain and sewage mixing transformation,pipeline repair and rural sewage treatment,so as to achieve the goal of improving the quality of engineering construction and improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance management.
