冷源拦截网防污技术中防污涂料的分析研究

摘要 主要研究防污涂料在冷源过滤取水拦污网上的应用,研究发现自抛光防污涂料效果最好,防污期限最长;抗蛋白渗出性的涂料有一定的防污效果,但是2个多月之后就开始有生物附着,相比自抛光涂料效果要差一些;超疏水涂料在2个月时开始生长海生物,4个月时海生物大量生长,效果不如一般防污涂料。同时不同的防污涂料在较大网目的网体上防污效果会比小网目上的效果好。 This paper mainly studies the application of antifouling coatings on cold source filtration water intake and fouling nets.It is found that self-polishing antifouling coatings have the best effect and the longest antifouling period;coatings with anti-protein exudation have a certain antifouling effect.However,after more than 2 months,biological adhesion began to occur,which is worse than that of self-polishing coatings;the super-hydrophobic coating began to grow marine organisms in 2 months,and marine organisms grew in large numbers in 4 months,and the effect was not as good as general antifouling coatings.At the same time,the antifouling effect of different antifouling coatings on larger meshes is better than that on small meshes.
