摘要
针对在换流站建设中换流阀冷却系统耗水量的保守估算结果,远超工程实际需求而造成水源选择困难的问题。在对换流阀组的散热模型分析后,根据系统间热传递关系和水的汽化潜热公式,提出一种换流阀冷却系统耗水流量与换流阀系统运行电流的关系模型,该模型考虑了电力系统实际运行情况,计算结果与实际情况更加贴近。采用该模型对实际工程进行计算得出的冷却系统全年耗水量较保守估算的结果,耗水量减少约28.5%,验证了模型的有效性,为换流站冷却系统耗水量计算提供依据。
It's common that the conservative estimation results of the water consumption of the converter valve cooling system far exceeds the actual needs in the construction of the converter station.This makes it difficult to choose water source.After analyzing the heat dissipation model of the converter valve group,according to the heat transfer relationship between systems and the formula of water vaporization latent heat,the relationship model between the water consumption flow of the converter valve cooling system and the operating current of the converter valve system is proposed.The model considers the actual operation of the power system,and the calculation results are closer to the actual situation.Comparison of the annual water consumption of the cooling system between the model value calculating by monthly and the conservative estimate value,the model value is about 28.5%less than the estimated one.It shows that the model is verified,which provides a basis for the calculation of water consumption of the cooling system in the converter station.
