以某重组蛋白药物厂纯化水设计为例,介绍了该工程纯化水概况及设备参数,通过对纯化水的制备工艺及处理设备的详细分析,目前超纯水制备的主流工艺预处理—反渗透—EDI—SMB是目前较为低碳、洁净的超纯水制备工艺。

Taking the purified water design of a recombinant protein drug factory as an example,the general situation of purified water and equipment parameters of the project are introduced.Through the detailed analysis of the preparation process and treatment equipment of purified water,it is concluded that the current mainstream process of ultra-pure water preparation pretreatment–reverse osmosis–EDI–SMB is the most low-carbon and clean ultra-pure water preparation process at present.
