漏损分析与管理系统为智慧水务建设的一部分,通过对水厂生产、管网区域流量计、大表、远传表和IC卡表等进行在线监控,对水量、产销差等KPI指标进行动态分析、对数据异常进行实时报警、对大表、远传表等设备进行管理,及时发现漏损,最终达到降低产销差和漏损,提高水务管控能力。通过建设九大分区,降低了公司和各一级分区的产销差,较去年降低了2.93%,同时摸清产销差较大的一级区域并对其进行针对性的逐级分区,以进一步找到产销差及漏损较大的区域;通过三级DMA小区建设,梳理小区基础资料和户表关系,计算小区产销差,对产销差大的区域及时进行排摸检漏,对夜间流量和日产销差大的小区及时预警,指导漏损工作;对远传表小区实时分析小区产销差和户表数据质量,对上传质量不好、数据异常的表具通知厂家及时维护。寒潮期间,针对夜间流量变化较大区域进行排摸,及时发现漏损并进行了修复。
