摘要
建立了一种液液萃取-气相色谱法测定水中3种四氯苯的分析方法。用正己烷萃取水中四氯苯,萃取液经无水硫酸钠脱水干燥后,用电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测。在相应的线性范围内线性关系良好,r>0.9995,方法的检出限分别为0.00019、0.00020、0.00028 mg/L,加标回收率均大于70%,相对标准偏差均小于10%,能够用于生活饮用水、地表水中四氯苯的测定。
A method for the determination of tetrachlorobenzene in water by liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography was builted.Tetrachlorobenzene was extracted with hexane,dehydrated and dried by anhydrous sodium sulfate,detected by electron capture detector(ECD).The linear relationship is good in the corresponding linear range,r>0.9995.The detection limits were 0.00019,0.00020,0.00028 mg/L.The rescovery rates are more than 70%.Values of RSD’s were less than 10%.It can be used for the determination of tetrachlorobenzene in drinking water,surface water,groundwater.
