二级出水消毒副产物及毒性评价研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 二级出水再生处理过程中,为保障水质安全,消毒是必不可少的环节。但在消毒过程中消毒剂会与二级出水有机物(EfOM)反应生成消毒副产物(DBPs),DBPs可通过摄入、空气吸入、皮肤接触等方式实现人体暴露,造成潜在的健康风险,由此引起了人们的广泛关注。此外,EfOM作为二级出水中DBPs的主要前驱体,具有十分复杂的结构特性,它对于DBPs的生成势及毒性有着极大的影响。从DBPs前驱体表征、DBPs形成及毒性评价3个方面介绍了二级出水经消毒后生成DBPs的研究现状,重点阐述了二级出水经消毒后在不同条件下DBPs的形成及单一/混合DBPs的毒性评价方法,并对DBPs未来的研究热点进行了展望。 In the process of secondary effluent regeneration,disinfection is essential to ensure the safety of water quality.However,the disinfectant will react with secondary effluent organic matter(EfOM)to produce disinfection by-products(DBPs)during disinfection process.DBPs can be exposed to human body through intake,air inhalation and skin contact,resulting in potential health risks,which has attracted extensive attention.In addition,EfOM,as the main precursor of DBPs in secondary effluent,has very complex structural characteristics,which has a great impact on the formation potential and toxicity of DBPs.The research status of DBPs formation from secondary effluent after disinfection is introduced from three aspects:characterization of DBPs precursors,DBPs formation and toxicity evaluation.The formation of DBPs in secondary effluent after disinfection under different conditions and the toxicity evaluation method of single or mixed DBPs were emphatically described.Furthermore,the future research hotspots of DBPs are prospected.
