摘要
Cured-In-Place-Pipe(CIPP)修复技术凭借其不需注浆、施工速度快、过流面积损失小的优点,成为目前应用最为广泛的管道非开挖修复工艺之一。基于ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了带橡胶圈和承插口的腐蚀混凝土管道CIPP修复模型,采用材料参数折减法模拟了管道腐蚀,分析了沿壁厚方向腐蚀程度对CIPP修复前后管道力学特性的影响。结果表明:CIPP修复可明显降低管道的最大主应力和竖向位移,使结构更加安全。沿壁厚方向腐蚀程度对于腐蚀区域管道最大主应力影响较大,对于管道竖向位移影响较小,随着腐蚀程度的增加,管道最大主应力逐渐增加,管道竖向位移无显著变化。
Cured-In-Place-Pipe(CIPP)rehabilitation technology is widely used in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation area because it has the advantages of needing no grouting,short construction time and small loss of flow area.Based on the ABAQUS finite element software,a three-dimensional simulation model of corroded concrete pipes with gaskets and bell-and-spigot repaired by CIPP was established,the material parameter reduction method was adopted to simulate pipeline corrosion,the influence of corrosion degree along the wall thickness on the mechanical properties of the pipeline before and after CIPP rehabilitation was analyzed.The results show that CIPP rehabilitation can significantly reduce the maximum principal stress and vertical displacement of the pipeline and make the structure much safer,the corrosion degree along the wall thickness has a greater influence on the maximum principal stress of the pipeline,and less influence on the vertical displacement of the pipeline.As the corrosion degree increases,the maximum principal stress of the pipeline gradually increases and there is no significant difference in the vertical displacement of the pipeline.
