摘要
通过水力计算与分析,在保证核电厂循环水过滤系统正常取水的前提下,同时结合泵站现场土建结构及布置特点,开展了核电厂新型回转式格栅清污机的设计及试验研究。结果表明,回转式清污机对水藻、水母等中小型海生物具有良好的拦截和清理能力,对水藻、塑料球、纤维球等试验源项的拦截及清污效率均在95%以上,且清污能力较原杂物耙清污机有大幅提高(4.2倍)。建议对核电厂泵站现有粗格栅、细格栅(含杂物耙)等传统冷源保障装置进行优化改进,有利于减轻下游鼓型滤网的清污压力,降低机组因鼓网堵塞而造成的跳机、停堆风险。
Combining hydraulic calculation and feature of pump station base layout,design and experimental study of a newly revolving chain screen equipment for trapping and cleaning marine organisms has been carried out based on ensuring the normal water withdrawal of circulating water filtration system.It’s shows that the newly revolving chain screen equipment has good capacity to trap and clean medium size marine organisms such as weed and jellyfish.Furthermore,rate of trapping and cleaning experimental object likes weed,plastic balls and fiber balls exceeds 95%.It was showed that the newly revolving chain screen has much better cleaning capacity,about 323%increased,compared with the conventional rake machine.It is suggests that the equipment such as coarse bars and fine bars(including rake machine)for trapping and cleaning marine organisms used in pump station of nuclear power plants(NPP)should be optimized,which is beneficial for relieving clearing pressure of the downstream drum screen and reducing the risk of unit shut down as blockage of drum screen.
