餐厨废弃油脂回收处理中的除臭工艺选择与应用

摘要 以南方某餐厨废弃油脂处理项目为例,从源头分析了恶臭污染物的产生环节,对比分析了各除臭工艺优缺点后选择组合除臭工艺,介绍了恶臭气体收集系统,最后通过监测数据对组合除臭工艺的效果进行了评价。 Taking a kitchen waste oil treatment project in the South as an example,this paper analyzes the generation links of odor pollutants from the source,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each deodorization process,selects the combined deodorization process,introduces the odor gas collection system in detail,and finally evaluates the effect of the combined deodorization process through the monitoring data.
