摘要
近些年来,城市内涝问题已成为人们关注的热点。在城市洼地修建雨水调蓄池并通过排滞泵站提升排放是有效解决城市内涝问题的方法之一。以湖南省W市为例,拟通过暴雨强度公式来探求一种简单可行的确定调蓄池及泵站规模的方法。
Local flooding in urban area has been a hot issue in recent years.One of the effective ways to solve local flooding in urban area is to construct rainwater storage tanks and drainage pumping stations in urban depressions.Taking W city in Hunan province as an example,this paper intended to explore an effective and feasible method to determine the scale of rainwater storage tank and drainage pumping station through storm intensity formula.
