南宁市某顶管工程顶进中遇障的处理方案对比分析

Comparison and analysis of the obstacle treatment methods encountered during the pipe jacking process in Nanning city

顶管工程在我国市政管道工程中的应用越来越广泛。在管道工程前期阶段,地勘与物探的成果往往有限,导致顶管顶进过程中经常遇到一些未知的地下障碍物。如何针对顶管遇障的现场实际情况,提出有针对性的最佳清障方案,是解决顶管遇障问题的关键所在。以南宁市某顶管工程为例,从经济性、可行性、现场施工难度及施工周期等多个角度对顶管遇障的处理方案进行了综合研判,得出了开挖基坑后改为埋管的方案,并在实施中取得了较好的效果。

Pipe jacking method has been widely used in municipal pipeline engineering in China.Due to the limited result of geological prospecting and geophysical exploration in the preliminary stage,the unknown underground obstacles are often encountered during the pipe jacking process.The obstacle removal scheme according to the actual situation of pipe jacking is the key to solve the problem of pipe jacking obstacles.Taking a pipe jacking project in Nanning city as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive study and judgment on the treatment scheme of pipe jacking obstacle from the perspectives of economy,feasibility,site construction difficulty and construction cycle.The scheme of replacing the buried pipe after excavation of foundation pit was obtained and achieved good results in implementation.
