圆形截面UHPC排水管受力性能及设计优化研究

摘要 针对圆形等截面排水管外压荷载下的受力特点,提出了一种基于力法的受力计算方法,该方法可快速得到排水管线弹性受力时的内力分布及最大应力等,且与有限元分析结果吻合良好。以UHPC圆管为例,通过按照相关测试标准进行力学性能试验,明确了满足裂缝荷载及破坏荷载时,该类圆管按线弹性分析所对应的名义拉应力取值。在此基础上,提出了一种环向分区变壁厚截面排水管优化设计方法。采用上述名义拉应力和优化方法对一管内径800 mm的UHPC排水管完成了设计优化,结果证实:相比圆形等壁厚截面情形,按环向分区变壁厚截面设计优化的UHPC排水管,在受力性能相近的前提下,减少了约30%的材料消耗。 According to the mechanical characteristics of circular drainage pipe with equal cross-section under external pressure load,a calculation method is proposed based on the force method,which can quickly obtain the elastic internal force distribution and maximum stress of drainage pipe,and the results are in good agreement with the finite element analysis results.Taking UHPC pipe as an example,through the mechanical performance test according to relevant test standards,the nominal tensile stress corresponding to linear elastic analysis of this kind of pipe is determined for crack load and failure load requirement.On this basis,an optimization design method is put forward for drainage pipe with variable circumferential thickness in zones.An design optimization is carried out for the UHPC drainage pipe with an inner diameter of 800 mm according to the proposed nominal tensile stress and optimization design method.The results show that the UHPC drainage pipe with the optimized design can reduce the material consumption by about 30%on the premise of similar mechanical properties.
