摘要
近年来随着深圳市水质考核目标的提升,越来越多的老旧小区纳入雨污分流正本清源改造项目中。针对深圳市老旧小区排水管网改造影响因素较多,且排水工程经常在施工过程中因各种不利因素而导致管路改向,不得以将已埋管挖出重新利用或对已埋管予以废弃两种方式进行处置,从而造成不可避免施工成本浪费。通过对排水工程施工成本进行分析研究,找出影响排水工程施工成本的关键因素,采取控制变量法对上述的两种处置方式施工成本进行分析,构建成本分析模型,在不同条件下,计算两种处置方式的经济差进行比选,得出最低的成本造价作为最优选择。结果表明管道埋深是判断选取处置方式的重要依据。
In recent years,with the improvement of Shenzhen’s water quality assessment targets,more and more old communities have been included in the rainwater and sewage diversion project.In view of the fact that there are many factors influencing the transformation of the drainage pipe network in the old communities in Shenzhen,and the drainage project is often redirected due to various unfavorable factors during the construction process,the buried pipes shall not be dug out and reused or the buried pipes shall not be reused.It is discarded in two ways for disposal,resulting in inevitable waste of construction costs.In view of this,this article analyzes and studies the construction cost of drainage engineering,finds out the key factors that affect the construction cost of drainage engineering,adopts the controlled variable method to analyze the construction cost of the above two disposal methods,and builds a cost analysis model under different conditions.Calculate the economic difference between the two disposal methods for comparison,and get the lowest cost as the best choice.The results show that the buried depth of the pipeline is an important basis for judging the selection of disposal methods.
