物联网消防给水成套机组的设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了整体解决常规消防给水系统全生命周期内面临的主要风险,结合了国内现阶段发展需要、政策和技术要求,设计了一种带有物联网功能、符合装配式要求、融合先进技术的消防给水成套机组。本文按照水流方向重点分析了消防水源、消防泵、消防泵控制柜、试验等风险。分析表明,从业人员素养不高、维护管理不到位、硬件设计缺陷、施工不规范等因素是引起常规消防给水系统故障甚至整体失效的主要原因。 In order to solve the main risks faced by the conventional fire water supply system throughout its life cycle,combined with domestic development need sat the current stage,policies and technical requirements,a fire water supply system with IoT functions,meets the requirements of assembly,and introduces advanced technology has been designed.According to the water flow direction,this article mainly analyzes the risks of fire water source,fire pump,fire pump control cabinet and test.Analysis shows that the factors such as the unprofessionalism of practitioners,the inadequate maintenance and management,the defect hardware design,and the nonstandard construction are the main reasons for the failure of the traditional fire water supply system and even the overall failure of the conventional fire water supply system.
