摘要
山东中谷淀粉糖有限公司主要生产玉米淀粉、淀粉糖、果糖,产生废水属高浓度有机废水,废水经调节池进行水质和水量的调节后进入后续生化处理系统,采用“PEIC厌氧反应器和AO工艺”,通过厌氧和好氧微生物的新陈代谢去除废水中大部分的有机污染物质,最后经过两级沉淀达标排放。在“吃干榨净零排放,节能减排增效益”的环保理念下,中谷淀粉投产建设了中水回用项目、沼气热电联产项目和污泥资源化利用项目,形成了独特的产业链优势。
Shandong Zhonggu Starch Sugar Co.,Ltd.mainly produces corn starch,starch sugar,and fructose,and release high-concentration organic waste water.The waste water passes through the EQ basin to balance the quality and quantity,then flow into the biochemical treatment system-PEIC anaerobic reactor and AO process.Most of the organic in the waste water removed by the microbial metabolism in anaerobic and aerobic process.After two stage gravity settling in clarifiers,the supernate water meets the escape standards.According to the environmental protection concept of“Zero emission by make the best use of resources,gain value by energy conservation and pollution reduction”,Zhonggu bulit water reuse project,biogas cogeneration project,and sludge resource utilization project,and formed a unique industrial chain advantage.
