摘要
某项目采用两级AO工艺处理水量为2400 m^(3)/d的浙江某印染企业废水,其初始COD、TP、NH_(3)-N、TN最高分别为4110 mg/L、2.3 mg/L、11.3 mg/L、21.2 mg/L。运行结果表明,该工艺的COD、TP、NH_(3)-N和TN的平均去除率分别达到97.9%、85.8%、49.6%和38.1%,出水水质达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)中的间接排放标准,其中出水量的50%经反渗透膜法深度处理后水质可满足《纺织染整工业回用水水质标准》(FZT 01107-2011)要求。
The study was initiated to treat printing and dyeing wastewater(flow rate 2400 m^(3)/d)resulting from an enterprise in Zhejiang by two-stage AO process.The maximum influent concentrations of COD,TP,NH_(3)-N and TN are as high as 4110 mg/L,2.3 mg/L,11.3 mg/L and 21.2 mg/L,respectively.The operation result shows high bio-degradability and the removal rates of COD,TP,NH_(3)-N and TN were 97.9%,85.8%,49.6%and 38.1%,respectively.The results showed that the effluent quality of the two-stage AO process was better than the indirect discharge requirements of Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry(GB 4287-2012).50%of the effluent from two-stage AO process was recycled after reverse osmosis membrane treatment and the effluent quality meets the discharge standard of Reusing water for textile dyeing and finishing(FZT 01107-2011).
