摘要
为满足某核电厂5台机组的淡水取水需求,对淡水取水泵房的现状进行梳理,并对其供水能力进行复核和实测分析。运行4台淡水取水泵、两条淡水输水管线情况下,淡水厂入口处总流量约650 m^(3)/h,满足5台机组正常运行工况设计用水需求。运行5台淡水取水泵、2条淡水输水管线情况下,淡水厂入口处总流量约770 m^(3)/h,满足5台机组运行期最大日用水需求。淡水取水构筑物和淡水取水泵房工艺部分满足5台机组运行需求,无需改造。淡水取水泵房变压器容量能否满足5台淡水取水泵运行需要进一步测试核实,另需增设一路电源以提高供电可靠性。
The current situation and the water supply capacity of the fresh water intake pump station are analyzed and tested,in order to make sure if it can satisfy the fresh water demand for a nuclear power plant with five units.When running four fresh water intake pumps and two fresh water transmission lines,the total flow at the entrance of the fresh water treatment plant is about 650 m^(3)/h,which meets the design water demand for five units during the normal operation condition.Under the condition of running five fresh water intake pumps and two fresh water transmission lines,the total flow at the entrance of the fresh water treatment plant is about 770 m^(3)/h,which meets the maximum daily water demand for five units during the operation period.The water intake structure and the process part of the fresh water intake pump station can meet the operation requirements of five units without modification.Whether the transformer capacity of fresh water intake pump station can meet the operation requirements of five fresh water intake pump needs to be further tested and verified.Another power supply is needed to improve the reliability of power supply.
