新型截流技术在福州水环境治理中的应用

摘要 在水环境治理中,合流制溢流污染、分流制混接引起的溢流污染和初期雨水径流污染的问题十分突出,而截污调蓄则是水环境治理最直接有效的工程措施。通过对福州市晋安东区排水现状的分析,从截流技术的根本原理出发,提出旋转式堰门和浮动式可调堰耦合设计的新型截流技术。该技术可同时满足截流设施的行洪安全、防止倒灌、提高截流倍数、溢流除污四大功能,并可根据不同应用场景经济地选择应用模式,与调蓄设施结合,新型截流技术在福州黑臭水体治理中得到成功应用。该技术可实施性高,适应性强,经济性好,可灵活应用于合流制地区和混流型分流制地区的水环境治理。 Nowadays,combined system overflow pollution,storm water runoff pollution and overflow pollution caused by the diversion system are very rigorous in the water environment treatment,and the interception and storage of water is the most direct and effective engineering measure for the water environment management.Based on the analysis of the current drainage situation in Jinan East District of Fuzhou city and the basic principle of the interception technology,a new interception technology with the overflow bending weir and floating flap is proposed.The technology can ensure the safety of flooding,anti-backflow,improvement of interception multiples,and control the pollution of overflow.It can also select application modes according to different application scenarios economically,combined with storage facilities,the new interception and storage technology has been successfully applied in the treatment of black and odorous water in Fuzhou.The technology has high implementability,strong adaptability,and good economy,and can be flexibly applied to the water environment treatment in areas of combined flow and mixed flow.
